Sleeveless, halter tops or strapless dresses are the most preferred beach bridesmaid dresses. The dress should be made of a lighter fabric in cool light shades. If the bridesmaid has decided to go strapless, a wrap around the bare shoulders would equip her for the unexpected changes in the beach weather. Heels and stockings should be completely avoided. Short heeled strappy sandals or shoes which complement with the dress should be chosen.

You can look for a bridesmaid dress at beach wedding shops, bridal shops or any formal dress shop. There are plenty of such shops in and around New Zealand. To get the exact location of such shops, internet is useful as almost all the shops have their websites. But purchasing online is not recommended as you cannot try nor have a real feel of the dresses.
